Fructose Malabsorption What Sugars Can I Eat Help About Fructose Malabsorption?

Help about fructose malabsorption? - fructose malabsorption what sugars can i eat

I malapsorbtion fructose and trying to avoid gluten like the sound that is not good for. However, I am very confused that I am entitled from sugar.
First, what is table sugar?
I know I can not, or sweeteners such as maltitol, etc. Is there some kind of dessert I?
I avoid all food labels, this element of sugar?
Ive done research, but havn't a lot of information about the different types of sugar were found.

Table sugar is more likely than sucrose.
You can not avoid all sugar. Who really needs glucose for brain function.
